Robin Höher

Robin Höher is a certified coach and a manager of managers in a global corporation. He has held leadership positions for fifteen years in the fields of marketing, sales, business development, quality management and safety. He has worked in different German locations, as well as many years in the US. In the past years Robin focused his work on people development, coaching young talents within his corporation since 2012. In 2017, he has changed full-time into a people excellence role, implementing a structured competence management for a fulfilling career path development in the sales and marketing function of his business unit. Since 2019 he is delegated to the world energy council, combating climate change and pursuing his other passion - the energy transition.

Robin holds an engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) from the TU Berlin and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the acclaimed Coach Training Institute (CTI). Robin actively promotes the highest quality and ethical standards of the coaching profession.

Prior to his current career, Robin spent time in Canada as a door-to-door salesmen and learned the meaning of having a job. Also, he acted in an English language theatre group for ten years and learned the meaning of having a passion.
